Terms of delivery

After placing your order (select the desired product/s, enter the desired amount, fill in the form, click on ‘Order’) you will receive an automatic order confirmation. We will then send you the ordered item/s asap. The enclosed invoice has to be paid within 30 days. VAT is not included in the prices listed.

Shipping costs

We deliver worldwide. The charge for delivery by post in Switzerland is CHF 8.00. For deliveries abroad, the charge varies depending on the country and the weight.

Delivery times

The delivery time varies depending on the destination and type of delivery. The MEM MEDIA Foundation cannot accept any liability for any delivery delays not caused by MEM MEDIA Foundation.

Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the order and in no other context.
